Why You’re Here
As a Senior Designer, you will spearhead innovative design projects that transform workplaces and laboratories for a diverse array of clients, including those in the Life Science and Corporate sectors. As a pivotal member of Unispace's design team, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to create high-impact, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Your leadership, creativity, and passion for design will enhance Unispace’s reputation while mentoring and inspiring the next generation of designers. You will drive our mission of crafting workplaces that stimulate innovation, collaboration, and growth while contributing to a culture of equality and inclusivity.
What You’re Responsible For
- Lead a diverse range of exciting projects, from large-scale undertakings to smaller initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing support and solutions to assist their internal teams.
- Work in partnership with your Design Principal and all members of the Unispace team to ensure our methodology is applied throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Effectively communicate with clients, designers, and consultants to ensure project success.
