POSITION OVERVIEW
We are in search of a (Senior) Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Milan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop Build-To-Suit (BTS) and speculative projects throughout Italy.
- Contribute to the formulation of development strategies tailored for the Italian market.
- Continuously analyze the land market to pinpoint suitable land plots that align with P3's development strategy in Italy.
- Leverage existing relationships with brokers and consultants to maximize opportunities.
- Identify and engage potential customer targets, assess opportunities, and prepare compelling offers.
- Draft Heads-up Memo and Investment Committee Memo, including Development Appraisal, cash flow analysis, SWOT analysis, and market data.
- Support the development team to achieve project objectives concerning quality standards, timelines, budget, and profitability.
- Assist the development and construction teams during due diligence processes, evaluating project feasibility as well as potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate actively with development team members and senior management in assessing development opportunities.
