Senior DevOps Engineer

JOB PURPOSE
This position is integral to our Technology business unit, where a diverse and talented team collaborates across disciplines. We leverage our proficiency in developing cutting-edge technical solutions alongside our design expertise to deliver compelling digital experiences that foster enduring client relationships with brands like Microsoft, Samsung, Panasonic, JBL, and Adidas.
We seek a DevOps Engineer adept at creating optimal cloud platforms for our clients and maintaining existing solutions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be agile, capable of rapidly adjusting to new challenges, and proficient in establishing automated workflows to enhance team productivity.
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll collaborate with colleagues to identify the best solutions, translating them independently into outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include building advanced cloud platforms and configuring CI/CD pipelines, working closely with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to ensure smooth operational handovers. Your goal will be to create long-term simplicity and automation, enabling your team to deliver exceptional quality to our clients. As technology evolves, we welcome someone eager to explore and experiment with new techniques.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage a complex, in-production legacy system with minimal documentation.
- Contribute to three key areas of work:
- Modernizing platforms to serverless architecture.
- Standardizing security protocols and managing vulnerabilities.
- Implementing monitoring standardization.
- Collaborate closely with the broader team, including developers and operations, to facilitate effective communication and a seamless transition.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the transition.
- Design and implement an automation and deployment system.
