Role Summary –As a Senior Backend Engineer within our Pricing & Packaging R&D team, you will play a crucial role in developing our monetization platform from scratch. You will create pricing and packaging engines that drive our global payments platform. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire development lifecycle—ranging from discovery and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring—utilizing advanced AWS technologies and AI tools, all while upholding best engineering practices and quality standards. Location: Petach TikvaHybridFull-time What You’ll Do –Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions throughout the full development lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for pricing, packaging, and monetization flows using Node.js and C# with relational and document-based databases (SQL, MongoDB), hosted on AWS with containers and Kubernetes.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that adheres to engineering best practices.Integrate message brokers (e.g., Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ) to create robust, event-driven architectures.Contribute to enhancing our CI/CD pipelines, observability, and overall production readiness (logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards).Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and expertise.
