We are on the lookout for a seasoned Digital Product Manager to take charge of the development and strategy for our e-commerce platform and new mobile application. This pivotal role demands extensive e-commerce product expertise and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in creating scalable digital solutions aimed at international expansion.
As the driving force behind our digital initiatives, you will be responsible for:
Product Strategy & Ownership: Formulating and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for both the e-shop and the forthcoming mobile application.
Team Leadership: Guiding and nurturing a cross-functional team encompassing Product, Tech, UX/UI, and Data specialists.
Performance & Growth: Taking full responsibility for e-commerce performance metrics such as conversion rates, retention, usability, and customer experience.
Execution: Overseeing the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to delivery, launch, and optimization.
Mobile App Launch: Leading the mobile app launch and defining its long-term developmental path.
Omnichannel Experience: Ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience across all web and mobile touchpoints.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leveraging data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
International Scaling: Converting business objectives into clear, prioritized product requirements to facilitate Vilgain's global growth.
