Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Director in AECOM Advisory’s UK business, you will take charge of business development, oversee engagement delivery, and guide practice development. This is a seller-doer role, encompassing tasks such as:
- Leading industry discussions and networking to discover and generate business development opportunities.
- Utilizing industry knowledge and commercial insight to proactively target, define, and shape business development initiatives.
- Managing all facets of business development, including client outreach, proposal creation, solution architecture, pricing strategy, internal risk assessments, and compliance protocols.
- Supervising multiple concurrent delivery teams across various models, tempos, and scopes of engagement.
- Providing leadership in client interactions regarding delivery progress and insights, ensuring visibility for discussions with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborating effectively with peers and technology teams to drive project success.
