Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Director, you will lead strategic initiatives to expedite technology integration and platform modernization. Your role will empower teams with clear guidelines, reusable frameworks, and automated governance processes. Rather than being a centralized control point, you will act as an enterprise-wide architectural 'force multiplier' that enables domain and platform teams to deliver quickly and safely while aligning with a unified target state.
You will also play a key role in managing architecture integration for mergers and acquisitions, translating strategic intents into actionable transition states and platform convergence results. A primary focus will be on integrating capabilities within the Bank’s core and digital ecosystem, creating repeatable integration playbooks and standardized interfaces that minimize risk while maximizing time-to-value and synergies.
Your leadership will drive tangible results, accelerated delivery cycles, reduced complexity, lower total cost of ownership (TCO), and enhanced resilience, enabling the Bank to sustain challenger-bank agility in a regulated environment.
