We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist who flourishes in an innovative environment. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in redefining our operational framework by maximizing the potential of our ERP platform, ensuring it serves as a significant competitive advantage. Your hands-on engagement with the system will be complemented by collaboration across various teams, facilitating automation, accuracy, and real-time visibility within Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Your Contributions to the Phillips Mission:
- Oversee the performance and continual optimization of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform, liaising closely with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Lead and actively engage in hands-on development and configuration, including custom X++ modifications, workflows, and system enhancements, in partnership with developers and technical teams.
- Guide and collaborate in the development of system integrations, working cross-functionally to connect F&O with CRM, Power Platform, and third-party systems to enhance data flow and minimize manual interventions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging F&O functionalities to boost efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Support the development of reporting and analytics, working alongside business and data teams to provide actionable insights through Power BI, SSRS, and dashboards.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance, coordinating with Finance and IT to maintain audit readiness and effective controls.
- Coordinate and participate in platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements, in line with internal teams and Microsoft release cycles.
- Serve as a technical leader within the team, mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices, and collaboratively resolving intricate system challenges.
