This pivotal role involves spearheading the rapid growth of our website's trading performance across eight countries. You will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce and be responsible for implementing best-in-class trading practices aimed at enhancing conversion rates, optimizing content, refining site merchandising, and advancing SEO strategies across our global platforms.

The Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the global weekly trading calendar and activations for Trinnylondon.com, aligning trading priorities with business objectives, and identifying both commercial opportunities and potential risks.
  • Assisting the Head of Ecommerce in achieving our financial forecasts by proactively monitoring and analyzing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Ecommerce to produce weekly trading reports, analyzing insights across web KPIs, product categories, and performance metrics to present key themes and actionable recommendations to the business.
  • Overseeing the hands-on management of the CMS for campaigns, promotions, and content across our websites, ensuring a seamless customer journey with the support of the Content Coordinator.
  • Ensuring timely product launches and effective site merchandising to enhance product discoverability.
  • Working in tandem with the Paid Media and Lifecycle teams to strategize and optimize customer journeys across business-as-usual activities, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Contributing to the overall ecommerce strategy with innovative ideas and analytics-driven insights.
