Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in eDiscovery services and litigation support for complex cases.- In-depth understanding of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.- Advanced proficiency in Relativity (both front end and back end).- Proven capability in generating complex PowerShell scripts.- Strong analytical skills to develop and implement processing methodologies for electronic files.- Participate in consultations with legal teams to ensure adherence to ESI specifications.- Ensure compliance of productions with ESI standards and address deficiencies proactively.- Conduct advanced analytics within Relativity and manage Active Learning Projects.- Provide insights on technology solutions to meet discovery requirements.- Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in electronic discovery technologies.
