Role overview
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer for Starshield leads electrical design, hardware development, testing, and lifecycle management. This position plays a key role in advancing Starshield’s government-focused projects and is integral to the team’s ongoing work.
What you will do
- Lead electrical design and hardware development for Starshield systems
- Oversee testing processes and manage hardware through its lifecycle
- Troubleshoot systems, including real-time problem solving for in-orbit hardware
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure system-level performance and reliability
- Create solutions for complex engineering challenges that have not been addressed before
