We are seeking a highly talented Senior Electrical Engineer / Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of state-of-the-art electrical engineering projects. This hybrid role merges technical proficiency in electrical engineering with robust program management skills, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery.

In this position, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive innovative electrical solutions while managing the strategic direction, risks, and resources of the program. Your leadership will be pivotal for the success of both the technical and operational dimensions of our electrical projects.

This role reports directly to the Director of Product and emphasizes proactive, frequent, and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, testing, and development of electrical systems and components, aligning them with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Create intricate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts for diverse projects (e.g., power distribution, control systems, circuit design).
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers to effectively integrate electrical systems into broader product designs.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to validate and optimize electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Offer technical support during manufacturing and deployment phases, addressing and resolving electrical system issues.
