YOUR MISSION

True Anomaly is looking for a driven and talented Electrical Engineering Systems Engineer at the Senior or Mid-career level to act as the primary technical and programmatic liaison between our Avionics Components engineering team and the Program Office. You will play a crucial role in aligning vertically integrated avionics development, ensuring it remains on schedule while meeting program and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing requirements decomposition and flow-down across avionics subsystems, guiding ICD development, leading technical and programmatic trade studies, and advocating for the interests of the Avionics Components team in broader engineering discussions. You will leverage your strong electrical engineering fundamentals, systems thinking, and organizational discipline to confidently navigate complex, multidisciplinary hardware programs. This high-visibility role will have a direct impact on how the Avionics team operates and evolves.
