Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer. Over 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer focusing on the design of power and lighting systems for complex projects. Proven experience in consulting engineering or A/E firms, specializing in power, lighting, and low voltage systems for Commercial, Educational, Sports, Workplace, or Civic projects. Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly with Revit MEP. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in lighting design.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will take charge of designing electrical systems from initial schematics to construction administration across various building types. As part of our collaborative design teams, you will play a crucial role in developing electrical building systems that elevate the human experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining project objectives, goals, and documentation standards.
  • Develop comprehensive electrical designs from concept through construction completion.
  • Prepare detailed engineering design calculations and layouts.
  • Draft thorough engineering reports and project narratives.
  • Coordinate electrical design needs with architectural, mechanical, and other disciplines.
  • Conduct site investigation surveys and manage punch list reviews.
  • Provide expert electrical engineering insights on large and complex projects.
  • Lead project teams and oversee team workloads effectively.
  • Mentor and guide emerging professional engineers.
