ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with contract manufacturing partners to oversee production quality, process control, and capacity management for PCBAs and sub-systems. Design, document, and enhance manufacturing processes, tooling, and line layouts to optimize efficiency, safety, and throughput. Work across departments including Design, Test, Quality, and Operations to address non-conformances and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Formulate and implement New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing plans to align with our evolving product portfolio. Utilize structured root cause analysis tools to investigate and resolve issues effectively. Assist in cost management, supplier selection, and product enhancement efforts throughout the product lifecycle. Core QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or a related Engineering field. Over 5 years of experience in PCBA or electrical system manufacturing. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies with real-world application in manufacturing settings. Capability to review PCBA designs, EQs, and offer actionable DFX recommendations. Strong grounding in statistical tools and methodologies for process control and optimization.

Your Role

In the capacity of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in defining and refining manufacturing processes with our contract manufacturing partners, ensuring smooth factory delivery. This role offers significant influence within our expanding company, presenting opportunities to enhance supplier collaboration, deliver technical leadership, implement process improvements, and support a dynamic product portfolio, particularly focusing on electrical and PCBA-based systems. This position is onsite.
