To excel in this role, candidates should possess:A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in electrical testing and reliability engineering. Strong background in designing and executing environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions. Ability to perform detailed failure analyses and implement corrective measures. Experience with commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and custom PCBAs. Hands-on experience supporting hardware from design qualification through production ramp and rollout. Excellent collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

As a Senior Electrical Test and Reliability Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, constructing, and testing electronics for our expansive network of ground stations. These stations serve as critical intermediaries between satellites and end-users, ensuring seamless data transfer and communication. You will work at the intersection of electrical, mechanical, thermal analysis, software, and antenna engineering, guaranteeing that our ground antenna hardware endures the most extreme environmental conditions while ensuring reliable communication for millions of users worldwide.
