TEAM OVERVIEW
The Intelligence Systems team is dedicated to establishing Anduril as the premier provider of specialized engineering solutions and products for the Intelligence Community (IC). We collaborate closely with IC stakeholders to understand their unique needs, refine their operational concepts, and deliver exceptional capabilities that address critical national security challenges.
ROLE SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a Senior Electrical Test Engineer with a strong focus on EMI/EMC to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, CA. This pivotal role involves leading the design and implementation of EMI/EMC (Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing for our state-of-the-art products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs to ensure EMI/EMC compliance.
- Collaborate with design teams to define manufacturing EMC test limits based on developmental characterization tests.
- Conduct thorough testing to assess electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve EMI/EMC performance issues at the component level.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay informed of military and aerospace EMI/EMC standards (MIL-STD-461, DO-160, MIL-STD-704).
- Generate requirements and collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, Thermal, and Validation engineers.
- Provide factory and manufacturing support from a design, DfX, quality, debugging, and failure analysis perspective.
