This is a project-based engagement rather than permanent employment.What You’ll Be Doing:Each project will involve unique challenges, with contributors expected to:Craft original computational engineering challenges that reflect real-world engineering workflows;Design problems that necessitate Python programming for engineering calculations and simulations;Ensure challenges are computationally demanding and require numerical methods or iterative approaches;Formulate problems centered around system design, optimization, and analytical techniques;Base scenarios on actual research issues or practical engineering applications;Verify solutions using Python with recognized engineering libraries;Clearly document problem statements and provide verified accurate solutions.What We’re Looking For:This role is ideal for engineers with Python expertise who are open to part-time, non-permanent projects. Preferred qualifications include:A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;Proficiency in Python for numerical validation; equivalent experience in MATLAB, R, C, SQL, Numpy, Pandas, SciPy, domain-specific libraries, or Stata is acceptable;At least 2 years of professional experience in applied, research, or teaching roles;Familiarity with practical engineering constraints and approximations;Strong command of written English (C1+ level);Professional certifications (such as CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.How the Process Works:Apply → Pass qualifications → Join a project → Complete tasks → Get compensated.Project Expectations:During active phases, tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week, based on project needs.
