In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and oversee mobile device management solutions that span multiple platforms including macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows. Your focus will be on ensuring the secure and efficient management of mobile devices, applications, and data. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize mobile operations to uphold security policies, compliance standards, and performance metrics.
As part of our team, you may also engage in additional responsibilities as directed by the Company, adapting to the evolving business landscape.

- Engineering Architecture
- Establish endpoint engineering principles, reference architectures, and reusable configuration patterns.
- Develop secure-by-default device baselines across all platforms.
- Platform & Automation
- Implement GitOps-driven endpoint configuration management.
- Create CI/CD validation pipelines for endpoint policies and configurations.
- Build API-based integrations across identity, asset management, security tools, and compliance systems.
- Modern Workplace Enablement
- Design globally scalable, zero-touch device provisioning.
- Develop self-service application delivery models.
- Enhance the device onboarding experience with measurable SLOs.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPIs for provisioning speed, compliance drift, patch latency, and device trust posture.
- Utilize telemetry and automation to continuously enhance endpoint experience and security.
THE STATS
We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in architecting, designing, deploying, and managing large-scale Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and enterprise MDM platforms.
- Strong foundation in automation and platform engineering, including proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Python for hands-on scripting.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps, and configuration-as-code workflows in production environments using Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
