Your Mission
As ASM embarks on its global PLM modernization journey, your expertise will be crucial in transforming how our engineers design, build, and innovate. You will lead the advancement of Teamcenter solutions that streamline product development and manufacturing processes within our global engineering community. Your contributions will enhance collaboration, improve data integrity, and expedite the delivery of cutting-edge semiconductor technology.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate business requirements into scalable PLM and Teamcenter solutions.
- Facilitate user adoption through case studies, vendor partnerships, and enhancements that improve product capabilities and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities and challenges in current workflows, shaping the PLM technology strategy and roadmap.
- Maintain, optimize, and evolve Teamcenter configurations, processes, integrations, and supporting tools.
- Lead complex, multi-team technology projects that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and engineering experience.
- Apply project management methodologies to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
- Leverage your understanding of PLM architecture—including workflows, APIs, runtime behavior, and system characteristics—to develop scalable, robust solutions.
- Oversee PLM processes and tools in an electro-mechanical setting.
- Drive integrations and automation with adjacent business systems, including Oracle and Agile.
- Develop and monitor PLM data metrics to ensure stability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional users to gather insights and refine product development, manufacturing, and operational workflows.
