As part of the Global Quality team, you will collaborate with Business Unit Engineers, Product Support, Field Teams, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing to address and resolve critical non-conformance issues that impact customer satisfaction. This role involves direct customer engagement and presenting solutions and updates to both customers and ASM management.
