Key Responsibilities:Serve as the Single Point of Contact for Global Quality regarding specific product lines. Act as the main liaison for key customer Field Teams addressing quality concerns. Develop a deep understanding of identified quality issues, proposing effective solutions and driving necessary actions. Contribute to ASM's Toll Gate process to enhance quality in New Product Introductions. Collaborate with BU personnel to define Critical Parts, conduct Design FMEAs, and track progress using a Design For Quality scorecard. Reduce Non-Conformances (NCs) for assigned product lines and customers. Utilize NC data analytics to uncover trends, systemic issues, and their root causes, driving team solutions. Work with Quality teams and management to implement efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that permanently resolve root causes and prevent recurrence. Share solutions and insights with colleagues to address common challenges across various products. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience in product quality assurance and manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
