Collaborate with the Global Sector Leader and Regional Sector Leader to determine growth strategies and actively contribute to business planning initiatives. Oversee project execution, ensuring that all engineering efforts align with budget, schedule, and scope while fulfilling client expectations. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, adhering to quality standards and preparing regular status reports. Facilitate and document meetings with staff and clients, coordinating project personnel, vendors, and consultants. Engage in business development efforts, including RFP responses and client interviews, to strengthen client relationships. Lead the design on significant projects. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients throughout the integrated design process, contributing to revenue growth and practice scaling. Conduct technical reviews of interdisciplinary teams before document issuance. Represent DLR Group in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
