Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer specializing in water and/or sewer modeling to join our Water/Wastewater team. In this role, you will lead hydraulic modeling and master planning projects, ensuring that our clients' needs are met from inception through to completion. Your expertise will help maintain water quality, which is our top priority, while delivering timely and cost-effective solutions.

Your responsibilities will include performing advanced process design calculations, creating population and demand forecasts, assisting with technical report compilation, and engaging in client meetings. You will also be responsible for utilizing CAD/modeling software for project design, conducting technical analyses, preparing construction documentation, and providing construction management services. Working collaboratively with other engineers, you will contribute to wastewater collection and treatment projects, as well as water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution initiatives. Typical tasks may involve designing sanitary sewer systems, wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities, and water treatment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-level project design and review project documentation to ensure quality standards for complex assignments.
  • Act as a technical specialist, applying advanced engineering principles to address complex challenges.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control measures to confirm that designs align with project goals.
  • Engage in extensive research to support project development.
  • Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to team development.
