Role Overview
Roku Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workday ATS, based in New York, New York. As part of the Enterprise Engineering team, this role focuses on driving technical innovation and excellence across Roku's Talent Acquisition platform. The position plays a key part in shaping configuration strategies, enhancing automation, optimizing integrations, and ensuring the reliability of recruiting systems at scale.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine configuration strategies for Workday Recruiting and Advanced Recruiting modules.
- Design and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency and scalability within the Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
- Optimize integrations across the ATS tech stack, including tools such as HiredScore, Paradox, and iCIMS.
- Oversee quality management, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
- Support the candidate experience by maintaining high standards for system performance and usability.
- Manage recruiting analytics and reporting to inform business decisions and recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to onboarding processes and continuous validation of recruiting systems in a high-volume hiring environment.

Compensation and Benefits
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position ranges between $132,600 and $191,250. Compensation depends on factors such as skills, certifications, and location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
