The Role
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams and significantly elevate execution, engineering quality, and organizational performance. This position is responsible for achieving impactful business outcomes by establishing clear priorities, cultivating strong engineering leadership, and driving disciplined, metrics-informed execution. You will collaborate closely with Product and cross-functional leaders to balance trade-offs, eliminate systemic bottlenecks, and ensure teams consistently deliver high-impact, reliable software.
This high-visibility role reports directly to the VP of Engineering, providing substantial influence over technical direction, team structure, and engineering operations at scale. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
