- Oversee the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
- Drive improvements in performance, efficiency, and sustainability of our products.
- Advocate for team members and foster a positive work environment.
- Mentor junior software developers with patience and clarity.
- Strategically plan and execute project timelines.
- Identify training needs and foster talent development.
- Recruit and onboard team members and contractors.
