Your Role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving significant revenue growth through proactive prospecting and establishing strategic relationships with executives at financial services firms. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our prospective customers' business models and challenges, enabling you to provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations. Collaborating closely with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, you will ensure that Enigma consistently delivers unparalleled value to our customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven track record of managing the entire sales pipeline, driving new business, and expanding existing accounts through a structured sales process.
  • Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with C-suite executives, utilizing analytical skills to identify and capitalize on high-impact opportunities.
  • Experience leading complex sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to gather customer insights that inform our product development and market strategies.
  • Demonstrated ownership and autonomy in prospecting efforts, readiness to travel, and disciplined management of forecasting and CRM systems.
