Required Skills:Extensive experience in ETL framework design, implementation, and best practices. Proficiency in designing and developing ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong background in relational data modeling. Solid understanding of data warehouse principles and architecture. Extensive experience with complex SQL statements and T-SQL programming, including stored procedures and functions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012.Familiarity with VB or C# scripting. Experience working with XML. Knowledge of QA best practices.

SV Tech Systems is actively seeking a talented Senior ETL Developer for an exciting opportunity with our direct client based in Minneapolis.

Project Overview: Our client is in the process of implementing a new claims management system, which will be supported by TMG in the future. This transition involves retiring the existing GE business centricity system. The project includes migrating back-office functionalities such as claims processing, member customer service, and reporting to the new system, along with the development of a data warehouse. This warehouse will archive data from the old system and integrate new data alongside provider claim submission and response data, including 835/837 transaction sets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ETL solutions utilizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Manage code migrations and integrations into the production data warehouse.
Map new data sources to existing data feeds.
Establish and document automated ETL processes on a regular schedule.
Provide mentoring in ETL practices for newly trained IT staff.
Design and create data models, schemas, tables, views, and stored procedures for the data warehouse, ensuring compliance with operational, audit, and regulatory standards.
Conduct analysis on reporting needs and assist in developing report specifications.
Ensure comprehensive technical documentation is maintained.
