AnyMind Thailand is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development (Digital Marketing & Global Client) to drive growth in the Bangkok office. This position focuses on building and expanding relationships with global brands and digital marketing agencies, especially in influencer marketing and online media solutions tailored for the Thai market.
What you will do
- Acquire new agency clients through strategic prospecting and strong relationship management.
- Identify and pursue sales leads to maintain a robust business pipeline.
- Use AI-driven tools to find potential clients, personalize outreach, and improve sales approaches.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that open new client opportunities.
- Understand agency clients’ needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver relevant solutions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly individual sales targets.
- Present innovative advertising solutions that demonstrate the value AnyMind brings to agency campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare thorough reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing key information.
- Manage and forecast sales plans in line with targets and account goals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of business development or sales experience within a global digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered sales and marketing tools for lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Proven track record in selling influencer marketing and online digital advertising services.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
- Energetic approach and ability to perform well under pressure.
