We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Senior Field Application Engineer located in the Greater China region. This role is pivotal in supporting our product development and ensuring successful customer implementation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and technically adept problem solver, working closely with our engineering teams to assist customers with intricate integrations and translating field insights into actionable product enhancements.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a liaison between market demands and internal teams by converting client feedback and usage scenarios into practical product enhancements.
Establish strong technical partnerships with customer architects and engineering teams, providing expert technical guidance.
Address technical inquiries from customers and assist them in expediting the adoption of our technology.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for customers, in collaboration with our engineering teams.
Deliver technical support to customers, clarifying applications of Innatera technology.
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities, articulating the value of Innatera technology to secure business wins.
Engage actively with SDK/EDK, architecture, and product owner teams for effective collaboration.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (such as FAE, System Architect, or similar) within the semiconductor sector.
Proficient in AI Embedded Applications.
Experience in a global context, effectively bridging customer needs in Greater China with engineering teams in Europe or the West.
