POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Field Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in understanding and addressing our customers’ needs by providing process support and implementation in alignment with business units, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed customer expectations.
Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing business success by developing and refining processes on our toolsets at customer locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and identify current customer requirements while anticipating future needs to build sustainable relationships and solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience through team collaboration, process optimization, and support tool enhancement.
- Oversee the installation of new products and the development of associated processes.
- Lead site startup initiatives and conduct planning/risk assessments to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Define project scope and resource requirements in collaboration with business units, and escalate resource gaps to management.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Sales, and Business Units to ensure successful site operations and service delivery.
