Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will represent our company at client sites, responsible for the installation of our products, providing on-site support, and ensuring their long-term success. Your role will combine technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills to facilitate seamless setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions while fostering robust client relationships and ensuring technical reliability.
You will independently assess customer environments, devise sensor implementation plans, and steer the technical strategy for installations, guiding onsite resources to effectively execute projects at scale.
