Responsibilities:

Financial Systems & Process Execution

Lead the implementation of new financial tools, workflows, and process enhancements organization-wide (e.g., charge code structures, system upgrades).
Collaborate with Enterprise Technology and Finance teams to ensure financial systems are scalable and effective.
Oversee implementation projects, including process design, documentation, testing, rollout, and post-launch enhancement.
Proactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in financial workflows and take charge of designing and executing solutions.

Cross-Functional Financial Operations

Work alongside Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure financial processes are in sync with operational requirements.
Convert business needs into clear financial workflows and system configurations.
