Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

The Finance Team

The Corporate Finance team in the Netherlands includes 20 colleagues across sub-departments such as Accounts Payable, Banking, Credit Control, Finance & Control, and Invoicing. The Finance & Control team, based in Rotterdam, consists of three colleagues and plays a key role in supporting and coordinating global reporting, consolidation, and analysis. Professionalism, teamwork, and a focus on continuous improvement guide the team's approach.

Role Overview: Senior Financial Controller

The Senior Financial Controller will take on a central position within the Corporate Finance team. This role covers a substantial part of group reporting and acts as a strategic partner to the Group Financial Controller, local controllers, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial reporting and leading projects that improve financial processes. Strong financial knowledge and the ability to maintain oversight and direction are essential in this position.
