The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril plays a crucial role in ensuring every product meets exceptional performance and reliability standards. We are at the forefront of testing methodologies, particularly in mission autonomy systems. As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented engineer who is eager to face the challenges associated with mission autonomy testing and to contribute to the iterative development and enhancement of our autonomous systems, such as the Fury, Anduril's Group 5 UAS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the refinement of Anduril's testing methodologies focused on mission autonomy systems, ensuring robust performance in intricate operational environments.
- Develop and execute test plans that rigorously challenge and validate the capabilities of autonomous systems across diverse simulated mission profiles.
- Analyze test data to verify system performance and pinpoint areas for improvement, rapidly iterating to enhance autonomy algorithms and behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and product managers, to establish test requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities and mission objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end test management through program requirement shaping, comprehensive test plan design, execution leadership, complex data analysis, and delivery of clear, concise reports to cross-functional and program teams.
- Conduct and evaluate simulations that emulate real-world scenarios for autonomous systems, accelerating testing cycles, optimizing performance, and informing stakeholders.
