WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our customer base expands in response to the excitement surrounding BrazeAI, we are enhancing our Field Data Scientist team of innovative technical experts who collaborate with our clients to ensure their success. In this role, you will:
- Partner with customer Analytics/BI teams and Braze colleagues on various implementations, including use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration.
- Enhance product capabilities by optimizing architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components.
- Collaborate closely with the reinforcement learning pipeline development team to refine and advance our self-learning algorithms.
- Contribute valuable insights and technical expertise to help shape Braze's product strategy and roadmap.
- Provide continuous technical expertise to ensure the successful adoption of solutions, measurable outcomes, and lasting customer success.
