What's the opportunity?
Due to a surge in demand, we are seeking skilled software engineers to collaborate closely with our most strategic customers, bridging the gap between their business objectives and our AI Agent for Customer Service, Fin.
As a founding Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will engage with our R&D team, influencing product roadmap decisions while delivering significant business outcomes for our clients. You will be instrumental in transforming how our most strategic customers scale their customer support operations. Your role will involve direct collaboration with customers and our go-to-market team to thoroughly understand their use cases, allowing you to design, build, and implement tailored solutions.
