Your Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting secure and intuitive interfaces for clinicians, B2B customers, and patients that interact with our agent-based clinical AI system. Your primary focus will be to deliver a flawless end-to-end web experience that meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality frontend applications using React and Typescript.
- Implement secure data flows in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create real-time interfaces for chat, voice, clinical workflows, and operational tools.
- Collaborate closely with design, clinical teams, QA engineers, and backend engineers.
- Ensure accessibility, clarity, and safety in all UI components.
- Maintain stringent performance, latency, and reliability standards.
- Deliver pixel-perfect, test-driven components using robust CI/testing practices.
Required Experience
- Over 10 years of frontend development experience with React and Typescript.
- Proven track record in building real-time interactive interfaces (chat, voice, agent UI).
- Strong skills in frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience in regulated or high-risk domains, preferably healthcare.
- Deep understanding of API integration, state management, and WebSockets.
- Strong knowledge of OAuth2.
- Proficiency in WebRTC technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, clear, structured, and concise, preferably following the STAR/SAR method.
- Experience in healthcare or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with design systems tailored for regulated environments.
- Experience in event-driven applications.
