Climate change presents intricate issues that affect urban planning, capital management, and communication between governments and citizens. Your Role as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are on the lookout for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who possesses over 5 years of product engineering experience to become a key member of our Data, Platforms, and Infrastructure team. In this role, you will develop features that contribute to building resilient communities, ranging from real-time flood risk visualizations to automated permit workflows that significantly reduce response times. This position involves direct product ownership, working closely with government users who are at the forefront of climate adaptation efforts.

Your responsibilities will encompass both backend and user-facing functionalities utilizing technologies like TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL with PostGIS for geospatial analysis, and AWS. You will process a variety of geospatial datasets, develop intuitive interfaces for complex grant application workflows, and build APIs that integrate with diverse government systems, modernizing how America prepares for and adapts to climate change.

We value flexibility in scheduling and expect accountability in return. Currently, we are unable to sponsor H1-B visas; therefore, candidates must have permanent residency or citizenship.
