Adverity seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help guide the technical direction of its products. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Vienna, Austria. The team values in-person collaboration, yet offers flexibility to balance office and remote work.
Role overview
This position involves more than coding. The Senior Full Stack Engineer works closely with product development, shapes architectural choices, refines work breakdown structures, and promotes both performance and security throughout each stage of a project.
What to expect
First month
- Join the product development team and familiarize yourself with Adverity’s products, technologies, systems, and architecture.
- Engage with the engineering culture and begin contributing code to integrate into the Adverity ecosystem.
- Build a solid understanding of the system architecture and codebase.
First 6 months
- Support the team by conducting code reviews and guiding improvements in system quality and engineering practices.
- Contribute to new features by working on prototypes, breaking down technical scopes, and collaborating on team deliveries.
Beyond 6 months
- Develop a comprehensive view of the Adverity platform from both product and technical perspectives.
- Take part in cross-product engineering initiatives, supporting teams in technical decisions and driving improvements in maintainability and reliability.
- Expand your influence across the engineering team and the wider organization.
Location and work model
This hybrid role is based in Vienna. In-person teamwork is valued, but Adverity supports flexible arrangements to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
