About Us

The Role
Are you a Senior Full Stack Engineer eager to design and implement innovative 0→1 products in a mission-driven environment? Do you excel at crafting consumer-grade experiences and thrive in a high-autonomy startup atmosphere?
We're seeking an enthusiastic Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Propel and contribute to the development of new Medicare and Medicaid products from inception. In this position, you will engage in comprehensive end-to-end development across both frontend and backend systems, creating user experiences that empower individuals to understand their coverage options, identify savings opportunities, and enroll in healthcare plans.
This role involves close collaboration with product and design teams, where you will help shape technical architecture, enhance internal tooling, and establish scalable integrations with healthcare and government systems.
Note on AEP Schedule: This position experiences a predictable work spike from September through early December during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), during which flexibility in work schedules is limited and there is a heightened urgency to support launches and ensure reliability. Outside of AEP, our team enjoys significantly more flexibility.
