This pivotal role acts as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, guaranteeing that deliverables are fulfilled, expectations are clear, and any issues are swiftly addressed.This position demands a high level of responsibility, requiring exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and strong client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the main contact for assigned client accounts.Conduct regular check-ins (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly based on client tier).Ensure client needs, KPIs, and expectations are well documented and understood.Proactively resolve concerns before they escalate.Maintain high retention and satisfaction rates.Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.Worker Oversight & Performance ManagementMonitor the productivity and quality of work of VAs.Ensure VAs understand client expectations and performance indicators.Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.Promptly address attendance, quality, or behavioral issues.Coordinate with recruitment for replacements or additional hires as needed.Ensure proper onboarding and training alignment for new VAs.Track client feedback and ensure resolutions are implemented.Worker Monitoring & CoordinationMonitor daily attendance and task completion of VAs.Ensure adherence to client SOPs and instructions.Escalate performance or behavioral issues to management as needed.Assist in onboarding new workers by providing necessary documentation and training materials.Perform basic quality checks on deliverables.KPIs for SuccessTimely responses to client inquiries.Accurate tracking and documentation of client interactions.High rates of worker attendance and task completion.Minimal issues escalated due to preventable factors.Positive client satisfaction feedback.
