Intercom.com and Fin.ai are pivotal in bridging awareness, product marketing, demand, and support, necessitating a robust and reliable infrastructure alongside user-friendly interfaces.
We seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Web Team, who is eager to create intuitive front-end experiences while developing the backend systems that drive them. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our website, overseeing everything from UI design to infrastructure, while collaborating closely with product marketers, designers, and engineers across the organization.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web solutions, encompassing modern UIs, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Collaborating with design, brand, marketing, and content teams to deliver seamless and high-performing experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Crafting backend logic and APIs, managing data flows, and implementing systems that integrate effectively with third-party platforms.
- Enhancing website performance by applying best practices in front-end development, including lazy loading and effective asset management.
- Setting up and managing infrastructure utilizing tools such as Vercel, AWS, Cloudfront, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
