Your Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of tools that transform government technology. We prioritize speed and efficiency, and you will be integral to crafting elegant solutions for complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Lead feature development from inception to completion, leveraging your insights to shape our design and implementation processes.
Engage with the full technical spectrum—from developing robust APIs and type systems to creating user-friendly frontends and component libraries.
Collaborate with users to understand their workflows and design solutions that enhance their productivity.
Design and implement data visualization tools that simplify complex information.
Innovate AI/ML solutions in an industry that has yet to be fully explored by modern technology.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of full stack development experience, creating solutions that resonate with users.
A strong passion for understanding user needs and transforming challenges into effective solutions.
Proven track record of owning features from concept to successful implementation.
Experience in government, govtech, or defense sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
A deep-seated passion for defense and its associated missions.
Comfortable working in the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
