Our Full-Stack Product Engineering team is pivotal in delivering a robust array of features, frameworks, and functionalities that cater to both external customers and internal teams, driving the success and scalability of TRM’s mission. We seek a pragmatic full-stack engineer capable of developing reliable and scalable software solutions that enhance the experience for all TRM users. Your expertise will also extend to designing backend APIs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and optimal performance.
As an integral member of our team, you will engage deeply with technical details and operational processes, championing the quality, speed, and overall impact of TRM while contributing to the creation of a safer financial system for billions around the globe.
Your Contributions Will Include:
- Solving complex engineering challenges that help you refine your technical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Developing and maintaining public APIs that form part of our API product suite.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional visions into actionable roadmaps with clear deliverables.
- Supporting internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.
- Building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to fully understand and empower their missions.
- Gaining experience in designing and implementing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services (prior experience with Node.js is not mandatory; we believe in learning tools and languages on the job).
