What You’ll Do:Full-Stack Development: Enhance and develop applications utilizing Ruby on Rails and React, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions with a user-centric approach. Drive High-Impact Solutions: Aid in the creation and upkeep of solutions prioritizing performance, reliability, and maintainability, leveraging technologies such as Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery for optimized data management and analytics. AI & Data-Driven Innovation: Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance user experiences, and improve development processes. End-to-End Ownership & Quality Focus: Collaborate on code quality, employing test-driven development methodologies and embedding quality checks throughout the software development lifecycle. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application speed and reliability. Security & Code Integrity: Proactively address security concerns and maintain high standards of code quality. Collaborative Development: Work with fellow team members, including junior engineers, to exchange knowledge, conduct constructive code reviews, and implement industry best practices.
