Identifying recurring patterns leading to incidents or inefficiencies and developing actionable strategies to mitigate them. Driving continuous improvements in system reliability, scalability, and performance. Enhancing development practices across the team, from design reviews and testing to deployment and incident management. Conducting in-depth architectural analyses and mentoring key engineers across all service teams.
