About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack SAP Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and building scalable, high-performing SAP solutions utilizing modern architectural practices and the latest development tools. This role places you at the heart of our business, where your innovative mindset, technical expertise, and dedication to creating exceptional SAP experiences will be highly valued.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing, maintaining, and implementing robust solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into effective application design and development
- Conducting automation testing, performing design and code reviews, and developing comprehensive technical documentation
- Analyzing applications, modifying code, and conducting functional testing to resolve production issues
- Ensuring compliance with CI systems, development processes, and industry standards
- Collaborating with IT teams to adhere to architectural, operational, delivery, and handover guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
Please note that this role requires participation in an on-call support roster.

About You
You possess a strong Continuous Integration and Continuous Development mindset, uphold high standards for clean and consistent code, and excel in an agile Scrum environment. Familiarity with XP and Lean principles, adept stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make informed, pragmatic decisions are essential. With experience using tools like JIRA, you communicate ideas clearly and confidently. Ideally, you have a background in retail and understand the importance of maintaining a Clean Core application.
