Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders. Design and document functional solutions on Oracle Retail platforms (RMS and associated modules). Participate in implementation projects and evolutionary improvements, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Provide first-level functional support for production incidents, coordinating with external vendors when necessary. Execute and accompany functional testing, integrations, and data validations. Develop functional documentation, user manuals, and system configurations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, development, QA, infrastructure). Ensure compliance with best practices and project management methodologies (agile or traditional). Requirements4+ years of solid experience in Oracle Retail RMS.2+ years of experience in at least one other module (RPM, ReSA, SIM, RPAS, Allocation, or Merchandising).4+ years of experience in functional analysis and solution design.3+ years of experience supporting productive applications.3+ years of experience managing Oracle databases (SQL for queries and validations).3+ years of experience in functional and technical documentation. Participation in at least 2 complete projects of implementation or rollout. Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and excellent technical and business communication abilities. DesirableExperience integrating with other systems within the retail ecosystem.
