Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Functional NetSuite Consultant, you will spearhead and contribute to dynamic advisory, implementation, and operational projects across the entire finance process spectrum. You will utilize your thorough understanding of NetSuite and enterprise finance processes to support, advise, and mentor clients and junior team members on their NetSuite journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Design & Advisory: Leading clients through structured decision-making processes to design and refine their Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within NetSuite, ensuring alignment with their business strategy and transformation goals.
- Implementation Leadership: Managing or substantially contributing to all stages of NetSuite implementations, including discovery, requirement gathering, functional design and configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Data Migration Expertise: Crafting and supervising data migration strategies and execution, guaranteeing data integrity, completeness, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Project Management: Employing robust project management practices to deliver outcomes, overseeing timelines, scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Mentoring junior team members on best practices for project execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, from C-level finance executives to operational teams, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and enhance the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Change Management: Assisting clients in navigating organizational change by developing training materials and ensuring a seamless transition to new NetSuite-enabled processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluating clients’ existing NetSuite implementations, identifying areas for optimization, and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
